OFFICEHOME RISE is creating a new landmark in Düsseldorf between the lively Lorettoviertel district and the architecturally striking Medienhafen.
The approximately 70-meter-high office building on Völklinger Straße offers a total of around 35,000 square meters of rental space on 17 floors, which can be flexibly configured between 700 and 4,200 square meters.
With its unique architecture and high-quality interior design, the new building creates an environment that promotes creativity, concentrated work, and exchange in equal measure.
We are delighted that our HAFI Design 341 by Bastian Scholz is being used in the new building.
