The modern ONE PLAZA office and commercial building with a total area of around 45,000 m² is being built on Kennedydamm in Düsseldorf. The project was designed by the renowned architectural firm HPP Architekten and is establishing itself as a landmark in the area with its striking architecture and outstanding visibility.
The office spaces are designed particularly efficiently and offer flexible usage options to meet different requirements. Special highlights include three spacious foyers, an attractively designed inner courtyard with characteristic planting and extensive roof terraces. The building is being constructed to strict sustainability criteria with the aim of achieving LEED Gold certification and is also aiming for a Wired Score Platinum award for its digital infrastructure.
