At 180 metres and 48 storeys, Austria's tallest residential tower is being built in the Austrian capital Vienna. The impressive design comes from the renowned architectural firm ‘project A01 architects.’ The modern tower is scheduled for completion in 2024.
Located directly on the Danube, the residential tower is characterised by its urban location with excellent infrastructure and transport links. Restaurants and local amenities are located in the building, which also offers an exclusive members' club with a spa and fitness area, heated pool and cocktail bar. There is also a spectacular panoramic view over Vienna.
Around 600 owner-occupied and investment flats are being built in the imposing tower, almost all of which have a balcony or terrace. The base building houses a kindergarten, a supermarket, a café, a restaurant and other shops for everyday needs.
The HAFI Design 203XXL, the HAFI Design 224 and the HAFI Design 324 can be found in the high-end residential tower.
