At the same time urban and idyllic - on the wooden peninsula in Rostock, at the former harbour and trading centre, its inhabitants can live simultaneously in the middle of the city and on the water. 180 rental apartments and three commercial units have been built on the wooden peninsula. The various buildings are all covered with traditional light grey and beige clinker bricks and thus ensure a uniform appearance.
