In Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Allianz Deutschland AG is constructing a new building complex for around 4,500 employees by 2025, which will offer flexible and open working environments.
Five individual buildings are grouped around a hundred-year-old oak tree. A high-rise building integrated as a solitaire together with the oak tree marks the central main entrance. The underground level, which connects all the buildings, contains central facilities such as canteens, event and sports areas and creates the necessary meeting and communication areas for a modern company. Public paths cross the company premises and lead to the Dürrlewangwald forest. The architecture of Allianz Park combines modern aesthetics with functionality.
The tallest building is 17 storeys high, while the two neighbouring buildings are each six storeys high. The gross floor area totals 75,000 square metres.
The architects of the impressive new building are Gerber Architekten.
The doors of the imposing office building open across all trades with the HAFI Design 203, and a total of over 2000 HAFI lever handles are installed in the new building.
