The Deutsche Bahn Tower was built in the immediate vicinity of The Brick office complex. With a height of 60 metres and a total rental area of around 29,000 square metres, this building is a striking feature of Frankfurt. The structure of the tower comprises a high-rise building with 17 floors and an adjoining perimeter block to the west. The ground floor not only houses a two-storey entrance hall, but also an area for conferences. The upper floors are largely intended for offices.

The brick facade of the building is structured by individual windows and pillars that form a partition wall connection on each axis of the construction grid. Each window element has a staggered relief and a moulded reveal, lintel and window sill. The inner courtyard is surrounded on all sides by the building and serves as an access and recreation area for Deutsche Bahn employees.
