With its140 meters height, The Henninger Tower was built on the site of the former silo of the brewery of the same name in the Sachsenhausen urban district. The design of the tower is based on the original silo, in particular the beer barrel, which dominated the Frankfurt skyline at that time. This was included in the design of the new Henninger Tower and converted into a restaurant and a publicly accessible visitors' terrace. The high-rise building was completed in November 2017.

HAFI equipped the residential complex with around 1,700 door handle sets in the design 203 stainless steel matt with 1,000,000 tested motion cycles.
